Getting laid off from a steady, well paying job feels like the end of the world for many of the new newly unemployed. But, oftentimes, the worst is yet to come. After a few months, job seekers frequently come to the realization they are going to have to learn a new line of work entirely. One good place to start looking is the health care field.
The medical is best known for doctors and nurses, but is actually supported by an army of support and auxiliary workers who do everything from transcribing notes to sending out bills. These jobs pay well and can be learned through online certification courses.
Take for example, medical billing specialists. These workers transcribe, organize and code patient records for easy access by doctors and insurance companies. Medical billing training can be completed in as little as two months by motivated students and pays well.
Other fields, such as pharmacy technician may take a little longer to learn because of very specific certification requirements. Pharmacy technician training can take up to a year, and will usually involve a combination of classroom work, as well as an internship of some kind.
Learning a new career in a short time is possible for motivated and dedicated students.

Slowly but surely, online degree programs are working hard to mimic the real time education mode given by actual learning institutions we have. In this venture, these online learning schools are acquiring full accreditation status in order to get hold of some particular bits and bytes that only established institutions can enjoy. One of these things that Accredited Online Colleges could have are scholarships that they can offered to their students any time they wish to do so.
Among these scholarships include a variety of kinds as follows: Organizational scholarships are those offered by certain companies in service of giving back to the community… There are also scholarships given by the government to underprivileged individuals of its citizenry requiring certain specifications that prove their incapacity to pay. There are also schools offering free education for some of their students… There are also certain group of people hosting scholarship contests some sort of searching for the best contenders or requiring writing samples and stuff.

1. New York Yankees. Nobody likes a winner, and the Yankees have certainly won more than their fair share of hardware. But it’s more than that with Yankee hatred; it’s also the idea that ol’ George (may he rest in peace) paid good money for each one of those championships, or at least all the ones since he took over in ‘73. Overpaid talent (some say beginning with Babe Ruth in 1919) and continuing to guys like A-Rod, Derek Jeter, and Mark Texeira has also helped to make the Yanks an easy team to hate. But what clinches it for most Yankee haters is the perception that the money and star power weren’t enough; they had to cheat, too. Roger Clemens testimony before Congress in 2008 didn’t do much to improve this image either, despite the fact that he spent a relatively short period of his career with the Yankees.
2. Duke Blue Devils. The mainstream media has been married to Duke basketball almost as long as Dick Vitale has been calling basketball games, and that’s reason enough for anybody to hate Duke. It all started in the ’90’s, really, when Christian Laettner took that pass from Grant Hill and nailed the jumper at the buzzer to send Kentucky packing and take Duke on to their first-ever national championship. Then there’s the accusation that Duke players flop more than a freshly-caught fish—the practice of falling over on purpose when a player makes physical contact, in hopes that the officials will call an offensive foul. Poor Duke.
3. Manchester United. MU is the Premier League version of the Yankees—too much money, not enough integrity. So their detractors would say, anyway. And it doesn’t help that the team is owned by a lousy American businessman (Malcolm Glazer), either—sort of like how Americans would feel about a Brit owning, say, the Dallas Cowboys. But English fans make American ones look like pansies when it comes to fan abuse. In the States, if your team loses, you have a few beers with the buddies and blame it on the pitching. In England, they go out and riot, more often than not with the last line of the story the next day being, “and so-and-so was taken to hospital with multiple stab wounds.”
4. L.A. Lakers. In the just concluded NBA Finals, it was easy to spot the fair-weather fans: they were the ones rooting for the Lakers. It seems that everyone wants on the Laker bandwagon these days, and it’s not hard to see why—they’re in the Finals every year. More than that, though, it just seems like the Lakers—and their fans—bring the Hollywood over-the-top, look-at-me-I’m-Kobe-Bryant attitude to everything they do. And isn’t there anybody besides movie stars that live in L.A., anyway? Does every game has to be an unofficial photo op for their latest movie?
5. Dallas Cowboys. Of all the teams on this list, the Cowboys are probably the ones that are furthest from success—they haven’t even been in a championship game since ‘95. Still, you wouldn’t know it judging from the way they’ve decided to call themselves “America’s Team.” And just because they haven’t won any Super Bowls lately, doesn’t mean they’re the Chicago Cubs—the Cowboys have taken home the Vince Lombardi Trophy 5 times, three of which were in the 90’s. The thing most people dislike most about Dallas, though, is probably their owner: Jerry Jones—who somehow managed to convince Arlington taxpayers to fund $300 million of their new stadium. Not that we’re in a recession or anything.
