Some couples are just not blessed to have children no matter how they try… some pay the most expensive specialists, buy the most aggressive drug trials, maybe try new methods such as testtube babies or sperm donation, some even desperately cling to miracles and traditional remedies. In The bump, a website made solely for women, getting pregnant is just another natural phenomenon and every tiny bit of problems encountered, even the most massive ones, are tested with solutions and promising advices.
Topics on fertility problems are the most widely discussed ones in the forums. Like mentioned earlier, these are mischiefs encountered by some couples such as medical anomalies or mismatched qualities. Whatever it is, from the most basic pregnancy-must-do-position, the recommended supplements, the way to have a healthy offspring, most common problems in pregnancy, top ten most preferred ways of preparations, whatever you may want to talk about, feel free to express your thoughts in The bump.

Pregnancy has their on period about the level and step to get newborn baby, but it is such a heavy job to do. Get the scoop on finding childbirth classes that are right for you and how to best prep for your maternity leave. Get the invites out at least six weeks ahead of time. Don’t forget to include directions and your phone number. Themes are great (think tea party, the nursery’s decor, or baby brunch), but if the thought makes you squirm, try simply picking a color or style of food to plan the party around.
It does seem cruel that most moms-to-be feel worst during the first 12 weeks or so. Until you announce the good news, there’s no milking it for (well-deserved) sympathy. Be aware with pregnancy symptoms, the only real cure for first trimester fatigue is sleeping more… which, to be honest, might not even help. Since you probably can’t take catnaps in your office and remain employed, simply go to go bed earlier, sleep as late as possible, and try to make it through the day. To boost energy, eat small, healthy meals and snacks throughout the day. Go for protein and complex carb combos like whole grain cereal with low-fat milk, a piece of cheese on whole grain crackers or a couple of slices of turkey on whole wheat bread. And when you feel yourself sinking into a valley, do some stretches and deep breathing exercises or go for a brisk walk around the block.
