In every competition everybody wanted to win, not only for the money but for fame. Professionals, amateurs, or junior swimmers have to work out and learn from coaches. Discipline, practice, conditioning and speed training will help a lot in any swimming event. Some swimmers are really born with good abilities in swimming but this has to be developed by proper techniques. If you prefer sprint event, one of the first move is to get fit and lose weight. Then training, there are techniques in building up speed. It involves breathing, arms stroke, feet strokes, and other movements. But of course speed should be accompanied by strength and endurance. Build up strength by working out to develop your shoulder, and arm and leg muscles. And most important also, is your endurance, to keep you going without getting tired. With all these you can achieve your goal of medals in any of the swimming events.
